Get in Touch

The first step is a conversation, not a commitment.

Whether you have a specific decision to make or you're still figuring out what the real question is, the introduction call is where we start.

The Introduction Call

What to expect

01

You talk. I listen.

The first part of the call is yours. Tell me what's going on, what you're trying to figure out, what feels stuck. I'm not running a script. I'm listening for the patterns underneath.

02

I name what I see.

Based on what you've shared, I'll tell you the constraint I'm noticing. This is the part most people don't expect. It's direct, it's specific, and it often names the thing you've been circling.

03

Honest assessment.

I'll tell you whether I think I can help. If this work isn't the right fit, if it's therapy, team coaching, or something else entirely, I'll say so. No pitch.

04

Next steps, if there are any.

If we're a fit, I'll recommend the right container: Intensive, Sprint, or Retainer. If not, you leave with a clearer picture of what you actually need. Either way, the call has value.

Take the Decision Pattern Assessment first. It takes two minutes and gives you language for what you're experiencing.
